Terms and conditions
Reservations are only valid when confirmed by email or fax and successively guaranteed through a fax with a valid credit card number or a one night prepayment via bank transfer.
Cancellation of guaranteed reservations
All cancellations must be made via fax at least 14 days prior to the check in date. In case of late cancellation the following penalties apply:

Less than 14 days prior arrival: one night.
No Show: 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
Early departure or reduction of stay shall be charged in full.
Privacy
Personal information conforms with the Italian privacy law [law 675/96] in order to finalize your booking/availability request and the relevant law requirements. All personal details are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
